Lifetime Warranty

At MORF NYC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. All pieces are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Coverage

This warranty applies to defects in materials or workmanship, including:

• Structural manufacturing defects

• Stone setting failures resulting from production issues

• Faulty clasps or closures caused by manufacturing error

At our discretion, eligible items will be repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or surface wear

• Bent rings, broken chains, or impact damage

• Lost or stolen items

• Improper use, accidents, or neglect

• Exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, or harsh environments

• Unauthorized repair, resizing, or modification

• Damage occurring after reasonable product lifespan

Shipping or service fees may apply where permitted by law.
